I know what it feels like to give so much of yourself and then wonder where you went. I’ve walked through chronic illness, anxiety, and the emotional rollercoaster of aging — and I’ve found my way to healing through yoga, holistic wellness, and self-love.

Now, I help women like you rediscover who they are — body, mind, and spirit — with gentle practices that honor where you are and who you’re becoming.
