GF Bread and Wraps From Rudi's
GF bread and wraps from Rudi’s. They may just have a new place in your kitchen. I have always found it challenging to find a good gluten-free bread to use. Some fall apart really easily, others are too dense and some just quite frankly taste terrible. Then there is the issue if you leave them out for more than 2 days they dry up or get moldy. The ingredient list is pretty friendly just note that all three of their breads contain eggs but are dairy free. The tortillas and wraps are dairy and egg free.
