About Me

With a deep passion for empowering individuals who struggle with the changing times that come in midlife regain your health and wellbeing.  I know what it’s like to go through the physical and mental fatigue, weight gain, irritability, sleep deprivation, vaginal issues, poor body image and a host of other symptoms that come with this period in life. 

My journey as a holistic wellness guide is rooted in the belief that well-being is a harmonious blend of physical vitality, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.

I’ve been where you are and personally experienced the benefits of holistic living.  

Through years of training, reading and doing the work I rediscovered myself, watching symptoms disappear, gained confidence, self-worth, and created the life I want.
