Why These Ingredients Are So Nourishing
  • Star Anise – Traditionally used to support digestion and add a naturally sweet, licorice-like warmth

  • Cinnamon – Warming and comforting, often associated with blood sugar balance

  • Thyme – Earthy and aromatic, offering a grounding herbal note

  • Apple & Pear – Naturally sweet, cozy, and familiar winter flavors

Together, they create a drink that feels indulgent and supportive.

Make It a Mindful Moment

Before your first sip:

  • Inhale the aroma of the spices

  • Notice the warmth or chill of the glass in your hands

  • Take one slow breath

This simple pause helps shift your nervous system out of hustle mode and into ease—something we all need more of during the holidays.

Hosting Tip

Make a larger batch of the spice infusion ahead of time and keep it warm in a slow cooker or thermos. Let guests top their own glasses with sparkling water—simple, beautiful, and inclusive for everyone.

A Gentle Reminder

You don’t need alcohol to create warmth, connection, or celebration. Sometimes the most nourishing choices are also the most enjoyable.

Sip slowly. Breathe deeply. Let the season unfold.
