Our thoughts and words are very powerful.  We can choose to be kind or not to be kind. The choice is yours. 

Think about how you feel when you say something nice and when you say something negative about yourself.  Of course your body, mind and soul feel happier when you show yourself kindness. 

You respond with a sense of peace, happiness and your day goes smoothly. 

When you start saying negative things take a pause and think of the opposite then say that. It flips the switch quickly and you'll notice the effect immediately.  Be gentle and kind to yourself.
