Just breathe! Close your eyes, soften your shoul Just breathe! 

Close your eyes, soften your shoulders, take 5 deep breaths in and out through your nose. 

Notice the breath as it comes in and goes out. 

Come back to a natural breath. 

Notice how you feel. 

When you're ready gently open your eyes. 

Congratulations, you've  just completed a little reset .
